When I returned from the dual degree program (DD) in 2021, I heard about Aprix because it was a startup founded by many DD employees. The density of talent caught my attention, as did the way things were done there. Many of the things I learned in France are in line with Aprix’s culture, such as the way it embraces challenges, the commitment to learning new things and the encouragement of constant development. Both academically and in terms of personality, mindset and culture, DD’s experience is very much linked to Aprix’s culture. After doing an internship at a startup in France, I decided that I wanted to work in a more open, flexible and young company, with a different mentality from the larger, more traditional companies. When we start to have more different views and deal with issues that normally don’t affect us, we become more accepting of new people. This way, these people will feel more welcomed, and consequently more people will arrive. It is a future and ongoing plan.
